Trichology consultations are private, they are not available on the NHS.

Initial Consultation for hair loss and combined scalp concerns – £130

• A full case history is taken.
• The hair and scalp is thoroughly examined.
• Digital trichscopy performed.
• Samples are taken (if required for microscopic examination).
• A preliminary diagnosis is made for the problem.
• Tests can then be arranged to confirm or complete the diagnosis, with possible referal.
• Report of the consultation

Fagron Tricho Test – £295

This is a genetic DNA test for hair loss to analyse lifestyle factors and gene variations which then enables a more specific and personalised treatment plan for each individual patient. This appointment includes a consultation, swab test and referral to our independent subscriber for treatment plan. Follow up consultation – £50

Recommended 3-6 months after the initial consultation to review the management/treatment plan and discuss any blood results or referrals.

In clinic electrotherapy services

Some conditions may benefit from the option of scalp treatments, and of stimulation to the scalp. I will advise you of these additional services should they suit your individual case and the length of time required to treat. For example, scalp complaints may require 6-8 visits on a weekly basis to clear completely.

High frequency treatment – £25
Scalp treatment with steaming – £30
Scalp treatment with steam plus UV therapy – £40
High frequency with stimulating mask and steam – £40

When a course of treatments is booked a discount will be applied.
